MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

The only reason I even give them 1 star is because 0 isn't an option! Absolutely pathetic customer service!!! I had placed an order on 1 Dec 2019 which to date has not even been processed. I have called the customer care line twice and both times, had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to answer the call. The call centre agents are unable to assist since they say the hold up is at the warehouse and really can't do anything to help the customer. I am so frustrated because this is the second time zando has done this to me and no representative does anything to make up for their pathetic service. If you order an item and hope to recieve it within a month, then goodluck with that! I will never be ordering with them again!!!!
