Pathetic! Your customer service is absolutely ****! I’ve been going back and forth with your agents and have been continually **** to just so the chat can end. I’ve requested to be contacted by management days ago and have not even received an acknowledgement. If a competent person in management sees this here’s some advise for you, contact Superbalist and ask them how they have been able to render such excellent service and customer in the same pandemic your business has sunk lower in customer care.
