More Than 10 days to deliver a order?

This is my second order I placed two weeks apart from one another. Your delivery time on both these orders where approx 10 days. The recent order was placed 02/12/2018 and is estimated to be delivered by 12/12/2018. If you can not live up to your standards or have the capacity to deal with large customer basis. Then you should narrow and your market segment as it is clear you are not capable of dealing with Mass Market segments.

PS : An apology email is not an excuse for delivering stuff later than originally intended. I am a regular Zando customer and seems to me you are dropping the ball as I would reconsider buying from your online platform. My loyalty towards Zando has been compromised.
