Money taken and no item

I placed an order online with Zando and then the money went off my account. I received an email saying that the payment was unsuccessful but it went off my account. I've chatted to Chad J a couple of times on the live chat and also emailed my proof of payment and no reply from them. Just took my money and now they don't reply. I don't get the item or my money. That is *****ing.!
