My partner ordered two jackets online for himself and I through Zando his came first my was delivered after, however the same we received mine we logged a return email for my jacket because it was too big and it didn't look like the jacket that I saw on line, they send us an email that the jacket will be collected within 3 working days but 8days has gone passed the jacket has not been collected and we haven't had anything from them,to my surprise their email was written that the item has to be returned within 14 days but they are the ones who are delaying the whole process of collecting it, please Zando come and take the jacket and please bring back our money.
