Missing item and out of stock

Dear Zando

Please note that the gold bag did not come in my order neither did I get a mail or voucher to say out of stock ... Not to mention half the items I bought in this sale were out of stock... How are you selling items you don't have? Isn't that *******? It's pathetic service why should we even support your sales if you can't manage your stock efficiently??? I am extremely disappointed... Please advise what to do about the missing bag!!!!
