misleading advertising
<p>I ordered a Willowtree bag on 10th August and the full price was R1499. I received a R200 discount.</p> <p>The very next day the item was on sale for R1049.</p> <p>I wanted to query whether I could return the original item and get it for the sale price but it was the weekend and Zando was closed.</p> <p>I was scared to order another bag as there was a small clause stating the item was non returnable.</p> <p>The first chance I got to query it was this morning it but the sale ended yesterday.</p> <p>There was no mention on the site that the site was only for 2 days which is misleading.</p> <p>Had I known this I would definitely have ordered it yesterday.</p> <p>This is misleading and unfair and they refuse to give me the item at the sale price.</p> <p>3 of my family members are customers and if this is not resolved we will be forced to cancel our accounts.</p> <p>They obviously dont care about customer service at all.</p> <p> </p>
