I need to publicly thank Mickyle Richards for dealing with all my requests over Facebook messenger very patiently and very professionally. He has gone out of his way to rectify various frustrations with the website and app regarding coupon codes, returns etc. Having not used Zando for many years I was unsure of a lot of the terms and conditions and he turned those frustrations into absolute positives, resulting in an additional 3 or 4 orders from me within a week. I trust Zando management will recognise his efforts.
