ludicrous quality

I purchased a pair of Utopia boots at Zando. After only wearing the boot twice the back started peeling and the front of the boot looks like it's developing holes between the sole and the boot. Requested for a return and receiving feedback that the boot cannot be refunded. It is not a first time when I purchased a Utopia boot where the quality really sucks. I am disgusted how Zando can just brush it off when they are well aware of the quality Utopia products. This will definitely be the last time i will purchase anything from Zando. I will definitely not be recommending any one to Zando and will inform everyone of this matter. I need answers ASAP.
