Lost package

I ordered a jacket for my son yesterday from Zando, was very impressed when I received an sms earlier this morning to say that my order is on route (in my mind that means I'll receive it today???) my friend also ordered shoes AFTER me and was also advised 2-4 working days and received the sms as well that her order was on route, since we are in the same building I expected that mine package would be at reception as well, when I got there I was told by the delivery guy that my name is on the list, the package should be there but he doesn't know where it is, maybe someone else took it by mistake, he will see for Monday WHAAAT - and this after I received an sms confirming delivery today, I know initially I was advised 2-4 working days but then why send me an sms stating I would get it today then show up with my friends parcel and I'm told so sorry I dont know where your parcel is make it for Monday, how unprofessional??? I called Zando only to be told that it has been escalated I need to wait for feedback during the course of the day! I'm very skeptical about ever buying from Zando again...
