Late Delivery, No Answer at Call Centre

<p>I ordered an item on 30 November 2016 and an expected delivery date of 5 to 7 December 2016 was communicated. It is now 8 December and I have received no correspondence regarding the cause of the late delivery and what the revised delivery date will be.</p> <p>Tried calling their call centre to follow up but they just make you hold for close to 5-minutes while playing that terrible music of theirs.</p> <p>This is disgusting service!!!</p>
