Late Delivery and Unreachable to return items.

i'm so disappointed, since I've placed and payed my online order on the 23 November 2018, they were delivered late, and worse some items does not fit me. I've been trying to get hold of zando for weeks now and their phone just rings without answer, i even wrote an email to Customer Service but until today no reply.

when i login to their website to log a return for my items,it still shows as undelivered and indicate that i should contact the customer service, its like they don't update their website, but surprisingly everyday there is a special on items . i'm so confused it seems like this online store is not existing. now i want to return this items and i'm stacked.
