Late delivery

My order from zando was dispatched on the 23rd of October 2015. It was 2 items ordered separately but they were dispatched at the same time from zando warehouse. I received 1 on the 26th. I waited for the other one the whole week! Which is unusual with zando orders. I called to follow up and the lady from CPT office promised that it'll be delivered on the 30th of October before 15h00. When I called around 16h00, the phone was answered by different people, telling me that she went to the bathroom. She never returned my calls and my parcel wasn't delivered. This is uncalled for, I don't understand how did the 2 items were separated. Zando couldn't assist with the matter, they gave me RTT contact number to follow up by myself! There is no communication from RTT at all regarding the delay. Zando isn't helpful. They left everything in my hands!
