Last week friday 06/08/2021 i placed an order with Zando for four items

Last week friday 06/08/2021 i placed an order with Zando for four items. I paid R872.00 and received confirmation from that the money has gone through and i hot confirmation from my bank too. Today they keep on telling me, via email that they have shipped my parcel but its only three items and they say that i paid R723, Why. No ecolains anything yo me. When i call their help no one answers, only automated voice message. Over the weekend i sent so many emails, no one is responding. I do understand the situation but at least respond to the emails. I am not going to receive any order intil my issues are solved. I have used my home adress, they say they will be delivering at home. I feel betrayed
