Items not delivered after 3 weeks

I purchased clothing items from zando and received an email stating that my order would be delivered on between the 28th and 30th of November (order placed on the 23 of November). It is now the 11th of December and I haven't received any tracking information nor have I received my order. Had I known your delivery took centuries, I would've ordered elsewhere.
