Items not delivered.

I purchased 2 items on the 23rd of November and it still hasn't arrived. I received a sms stating that it would be here by the 3rd. It is now the 5th.

I have emailed Zando and sent them 2 facebook messages and no one cares to respond. This is theft!!

What is the point of having an online shop if all you companies do is take our money and don't deliver?

This better be resolved asap, I am not happy.
