Item not delivered after after 4 months

I ordered an item for R1700 on 4/04/2020. It was marked as shipped on 12/05/2020. Mid July it came to my attention that it was updated on their system as delivered on 1 July 2020 but the item was not delivered. I logged numerous queries and they responded once citing that the matter will be investigated further. They are not available to take any calls and to date the matter has not been resolved.
