Item not collected as promised

I bought a watch in April and have never used it since as it spent more time on the dispute bench than on my wrist. I have alerted the supplier however it's June now the matter is still not resolved. They took the item and brought it back in the same state as it was in. Their couriers came and went back without me knowing if they have left. The delivery address is forever not known, and yet when you receive an item it's written on the container. We eventually decided to part ways, I gave Fazlin all the required information last month but till today nothing is happening. This has made me not buy anything on-line ever again from Zando.
