Item not as advertised and lack of customer service

I ordered a pair of Oakley Prism sunglasses. In the photo the lenses are orange which is what I expected as I previously viewed them in store where the lenses were likewise orange. When they arrived the lenses were purple. I am not sure if they are **** or not at this point. Anyway, I asked to swap them for what was advertised as I bought them on a 20% off deal which I do not want to lose out on. No response. I submitted a return request on 30 November, it is 7 December and I have still had no response. I called and held on for ten minutes only to be cut off before I was even transferred to an agent. This is not customer service and I would not recommend buying from this website.
