It' not even a year but the boots are worn out already
I bought a G Couture Rider Boot Brown in May 2017 and I returned it because the rubbers at the back were sticking out and it was making a funny sound when I was walking, and I re-ordered and the same thing happened and I thought let me see how it will be as time goes on but it’s worse now and it looks like I won’t be able to wear it again next as it already looks like it was bought 5 years ago. I am really not happy with this as I always buy from you. the quality of this boot is just not doing it for me. I would like to return it because it seems like I wasted my money

31 May 2018, 08:35they said i must send a photo of the damaged boot i did as they requested and now they are telling me that the damage of the boot was not due to the quality which was a lie because i have photos from the previous and the recent and the damage is the same. so meaning they just want me to keep buying and i don't get the quality i should be getting
