INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE

If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I refer to order number *** and return for credit request ***

This item was ordered on the 9th of November 2019 and was received shortly thereafter.

The item was found to be inferior quality (the mesh straps of the item had pieces sticking out of it which was scratching the user and ripping the users clothing)

A request for return and credit occurred on the 18th of November 2019.

The Item was collected and accepted at the depo on the 23rd of November 2019.

As it stands, today being the 25th of February 2020 - no refund has been received for this item.

Despite numerous calls to your offices, every time I call I get a different answer. Either the refund is being processed, the item has been sent back to the manufacturer for investigation, the item will be replaced and the best one of all was telling me that the item has already been delivered to me and signed for by someone at my address with a name that I have never heard of before, however no proof of delivery was supp**** despite requesting it.

I no longer want your item and insist on a refund. It would have been one thing if you had replaced the item within the month that it was bought, however now, 3 months on, I am still waiting for a response with regards to this and have already gone and bought something else due to your lack of punctuality.

Honestly I find your service shocking and can honestly say that I will never purchase from Zando again nor recommend it to anyone I know.

I have requested management to contact me but still I remain uncontacted. Furthermore, every time I try to call your number it will not connect so most of the time I cannot even speak to someone which is actually useless anyway as no one can give me any answers.

Hereby accept this notification that should I not have a resolution to this issue by the end of the week, I will be approaching my lawyer and the consumer complaints board in order to get this matter resolved.
