Incorrect size delivered THREE TIMES - Zando is pathetic

<p>I have gone through the exceptionally wasteful and tedious process of ordering a pair of shoes from Zando. After receiving the first pair in the incorrect size, I put it down to error and tried again. When they arrived in the incorrect size the second time I was assured by a customer complaints representative that he would check with the warehouse and send the correct size. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today, attempt number three arrived and once again, they were the incorrect size. </p> <p> </p> <p>This level of incompetence is just pathetic, and frankly wasteful from a courier perspective, not to mention my time taken to rectify this seemingly simple task. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER use Zando again, and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible not follow suit. </p>
