Incomplete Order

I send an email on the 28th and 29th January 2019, advising that my order was incomplete.

Called a few days later and was told that they'll get back to me. To this day, I have not received feedback either by mail or call.

My order got delivered on 27 January 2019, however the both duvets delivered did not have pillow cases included.

I don't want to return the duvets, I just want the complete set delivered.

Names of the duvets as below: - SHERATON AMIRA DUVET COVER MULTI - SHERATON SCROLLIP QUEEN DUVET COVER SET NEUTRALS

Please get back to me. If need be, take back your order and return my money.
