Ordered 2 items on the 31st of December and paid via card at the same time. Then the fun began !! Informed that the site was being revamped/updated. Now almost a month later and still no items received. Quite happy to receive payment, but delivery of items has always been a problem. This is the 3rd time that they have managed to "**** up" a simple order. says a tremendous amount about them. Problem is th !!at Superbalist is not any better. My advice - stay away from Zando
