<p>I ordered 2 pairs of sandals and specified I needed a size 9. First they sent me a size 8 and the 2nd time a size 7.</p> <p>Then I asked to speak to a manager who never called. On my 2nd request the head of customer service called and said there was a problem with the labelling in the warehouse. This was untrue as both the sandals were corrrectly labelled but were not the sizes I wanted.</p>
