*********** inefficient service

I ordered new bedding for my elderly mother from Zando. They gave me an estimated delivery date. The day after the order the courier arrived to drop off the parcel but since they had sent no notification of the delivery I was not at home. I received an email to say it would probably be delivered the next day. A week later i checked online to see that it was supposedly delivered by Monday 8th June but no delivery has arrived with me. I completed the online query form and sent an email days ago yet nobody has bothered to provide me with feedback regarding where the package is and when it will be delivered. Since it has supposedly been delivered either it was delivered to the incorrect address or the courier service has lost the package. Either way I still have not received the package nor feedback. I am disgusted with this apathetic and *********** level of service. This will without a doubt be the last time I ever use Zando despite being a regular customer and will actively campaign my entire social media database to never utilize Zando's services again.
