If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Some of their employees are very helpful whereas others are very ***********.

I missed my first delivery and requested a change in contact details and it was changed according to their agents. Another delivery attempt missed yet haven't received any call from their driver on any requested number. Their so called *********** delivery agent called Mathew leaves a message on my inbox with an invalid number that I cannot reach him on making things even worse. This is the most useless company I have ever had to deal with. Your logistics department is completely usesless
