Incompetence

I made an order last week at zando I was suppose to be delivered between the 31rd and 3rd it was not delivered they never communicated regarding the delay I spoke to a consultant name Tamaryn who told that my order has not left the Johannesburg Hub and she does not know when it will be delivered order number *** so I want my refund am not interested in the product anymore
