Impressed with Zando's return process

Good day everyone,<br> <br> I recently ordered some goods from the Zando site recently for the first time. I was a bit apprehensive as I don't normally shop online. I was pleasantly surprised when my goods were delivered within the specified time. Upon receiving my items I was not happy with the shoes and wanted to return it. A courier was sent to my work office the next day and I was shortly refunded. I was kept up to date with emails and the call centre agents were very helpful when I called with queries about my payment. <br> <br> It's not often that we get good and efficient service delivery nowadays, but well done to Zando. I will definitely be back.
