Impossible to unsubscribe from newsletters

I'm trying to unsubscribe from the Zando newsletter which I'm getting every single morning.<br> I have unsubscribed in my account, clicked on the unsubscribe link in the email, spoken to someone via the chat on the website and sent an email and yet every morning I still get a newsletter. What is the point of an unsubscribe button if it doesn't work?<br> Fix the button on your website because this is turning into spam if you don't allow people to unsubscribe.<br> <br> Just because of this issue I will never buy from Zando again.
