I'm tired of waiting and calling you guys for my money back

What is going with my order, i have called the helpline so many times and no one knows. i keep being told that the order is being processed at the warehouse. If you guys cannot refund my money, please send the shoes back so i can sell them to someone and get my money money. I am very tired of calling Zando about this issue. I am very disappointed at how my issue is handled, the call centre ladies keep giving the same useless answers.

is it so hard to give me my money back? I have been buying from Zando almost every month and after this, i will def not be buying ever again.
