Ignoring complaints

<p>After returning boots which were too smal and sticky inside, I waited a week for them to acknowledge that. Its now a week later and still no refund. I emailed, return #*** and they simply rep**** it was be solved. Firstly, I asked for the proof of refund which you never sent, and i still havent received my money back! So WHERE IS IT SOLVED??</p>
