I want my Refund, Zando bad service

I am disgusted with Zando, I bought items in February and returned within a week on March and still did not receive my refund of R1226, its July already. In this time of struggle I need to provide for my family and have pleaded for my refund, but Zando does not care. Unable to contact them telephonically, I sent emails. I have been dealing with Miskah, who takes over a week to reply to emails and confuses customer details on the queries. She sent me a reply to confirm my banking details with another customers banking detail but the email is addressed to me. This is pathetic, I need my refund!!! Can someone call me asap to resolve!!!
