I want my R2725 refund from Zando

Horrible and shocking service from Zando after paying the R2725, they just cancelled my orders without refunding me. What a terrible service I recived from them. I placed 4 different orders before Black Friday, the 1st one was on the 26 November 2019, they just cancelled the order without giving me the reasons, I want my money pls
