I want my order

I placed an order for 4 sneakers for my kids on the 1st of December 2019.

I have not received the order still today 13th December 2019.

I emailed Zando advising that I have not received my order and they told me that 1 of the items are out of stock.

They still invoiced me for the total amount of which I paid half of it since I had store credit and I asked for the balance to be " cash on delivery"

I just got a call from the courier company now telling me that I need to meet him halfway to collect my order. He asked if we can meet at Woodlands mall.

This is traumatic because what if the were to kidnap me or something because no one notified me about any delivery today.

I always order from Zando and they always deliver at my residential address.

This company is taking me for a ride honestly.

I am not happy with their level or service and the harrassment from the courier
