I returned goods and i have not been refunded

<p>I returned ordered shoes with order number : ********** 96 on the 4th November 2016 and requested a return on the 9th November 2016 but I only got paid for the one pair of shoes instead of the two pairs and they said it is because I only requested a return for one pair, but the two pairs of shoes were picked up from my house, when I called in, I was told that they would check the warehouse and get back to me to check if they had received the other pair,but no one ever called me back,I am still owed R349 for the one pair, I have e-mailed a numerous times and i have still not received my refund.</p>
