I REALLY HATE ZANDO....VERY BAD SERVICE...!

I have a very bad service with Zando....I've purchased 3x items but they only delivered 2x items and they don't want to refund for the other item. I called them and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and ended up dropped the phone.
