I feel ****** by Zando

<p>I bought two set of watches from Zando , the first time when they came one had a bad scratch and the other wasn't working at all. A return was issued by Zando and they sent a courier guy to fetch them both , I then received both sets of watches , I took them to a watch manufacturer to make them smaller in order for them to fit my hand. The Manufacture did everything in front of me and the only thing he did was measure my hand and took out a few pieces, after this, I set the time on both watches but then I realised that one of the watches have a loose minute hand ( this watch is still under warranty ) . I informed Cindy from Zando and she asked me what is it that I want to be done, I told her that I would like the watch to be repair since it has a warranty plus it clear that it came to faulty again. She booked a collection again , two weeks went pass by and no one came to collect and after two weeks I emailed again and I dealt with someone else who booked a collection and the couriers finally came after another week of waiting. (All this time I have been informing them the watch is now the side of my hand I don't need another one but all I need is a repair. Today I received a call that they can't fix it since it is not it it original form ( my question is was I suppose to wear an oversize watch just to keep the warranty, which proof do I have that they have not tried to fix and damage it more ant now giving me this warranty story , I think they should have told me from the start)</p>
