I bought 2 pairs of shoes the other pair strap is not the same as the other one not equal at all like factory fault

I have written number of emails as i cant get through tp their 08611 number given it plays the music for ever what kind of service is that?if its an order they respond very quick but faulty stock no response they ****ing their business because i will spread a word honestly
