I am a very unhappy customer

Good day, <br> <br> On the 24 February 2016 I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Zando online shopping and to this day I have not received it despite all numerous calls and emails I sent to their customer care.<br> I called on the 18th and was told that the delivery truck was hijacked on the 04/03/2016 however no one kept me informed instead i was told it would be delivered. I was sent a number of their surveys I completed however I still have not received my delivery to date. I called on the 22/03/2016 and was told that I will receive it the following day but I still have not received it.<br> <br> Please assist - My purchase reference numbers are ***.
