Horrible shopping experience

This was the laste time ever I placed an prder at zando!!! First one of international order items had to be canceled, cause apparently I had to click on details to see that my order may not be over 500 rand. Till today, I still don’t know ehere that info was stated

Then I woke up this morning seeing my other two products has been canceled as well .

This is after more than a week my order has been placed and they only saw today that the supplier had no stock? How????? PATHETIC Never have I ever experienced this horrible customer service else where.
