HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ***

Hi have mad an order with Zando on the 29th March and I have been informed that I will get my parcel in 2 - 3 days. On the 31st March Dawn Wing came to deliver my parcel and I was not at the office. The guy from Dawn Wing phoned me and I told him that my friend is coming to fetch the parcel, but when my friend got there the guy had been so impatiend and left. I then called the guy and he informed me that he left and he is going to as the office to call me and deliver my parcel at my house the following day. No one called me from Dawn Wing, then I decided to call them and they could not assist me, I then called Zando on the 4th April 2017 which was the worse experience of my life. I was on hold for the worst time of my life and got cutoff and no one bothered to even call me back. I then phoned them again today 5th April 2017 had to wait for 20 minutes for them to pick up my call, ended up hanging up. I then phoned again, some lady picked up the phone and she couldn't assist me told me that the feedback she received from Dawn Wing was that I refused to sign for the parcel which is totally **** and she hang up on me. I then phoned again and the phone was answered by a lady called Jill which was pretty decent. She informed me that she sees that I signed for the parcel and took it and I told about all the incidents, she then told me that she has a request to Dawn Wing she will contact me once she has received feedback from them. Dawn Wing and Zando are **** companies. Wouldn't advice anyone to use them again. So unproffessional. Sisanda
