Horrible service from Zando!!!!!!!!!!!

i am so disappointed with Zando, it was my first and last time ordering them, the service is horrible, I ordered and paid for 4 pairs of shoes on the 19th of July I was told they will be delivered between 24-26 July, I started calling to find out what happened and have been sent from pillar to post, if I am not made to hold the line for 5-10 mins.

I have called the courier company's Durban and Capetown branches and even there no one seems to know. I have sent numerous emails which all go unanswered, I am so fed up, I regret ever starting to order with them, I think it would have been easier if they gave me a straight answer cos even if they could not deliver on a promised date, if they communicated better and gave me a definite reason why and when will I be getting my stuff!!!!!!
