Horrible Service and Bad communication!! Do not buy from Zando!

The worst experience ever, they keep advertising new specials but fail to deliver and don't want to refund people's money after a horrible service their call center does not answer phone calls and when they do they have no answers and no customer remorse. They must never sell or make promises because their communication is the worst they don't notify when exactly your item will be delivered even after it has exceeded their 5 days promised time to clients.

9 days now and I am still waiting for my order
