horrible service

<p>Hi, I placed an order on the 23rd in the morning and immediately I realised I made a mistake, I paid for the wrong order. I call the call centre same day asking the lady to exchange the coats and she said she is not allowed to, so what I did I cancelled to order immediately hoping that it won't take the same turn around time for the refund like when you did a return, your store needs to check the returned items first before the refund can take place. Now this was a cancellation,;when will I get my money back? Order ********** 29. the respond that i get from your facebook page is bull****ing me. I want my money</p>
