Horrible Service

<p>I have never seen or experienced such horrible service from Zando. I bought a pair of shoes then strangely 2 pairs of the SAME kind was to be delivered. I returned 1 pair with the driver by the name of George then kept the other one. A few days later I looged for the pair I kept to be collected as I didn't like them afterall (Ref # ********** 36). A girl by the name of Cindy responded to my request by asking for my banking details which I provided. Cindy then called me to confirm the receipt of my banking details. next thing I get an email from the same Cindy saying there wont be a refiund as they tried to deliver but I was not available. I don't need anything delivered, I just want my R309 ASAP that I paid for those shoes that I returned.</p>
