Horrible service!

If I could give you a 0, I would. I ordered shoes last week monday and I was guaranteed it will be delivered today (The following Monday). i needed them urgently as we are going away on a trip tomorrow and my current shoes are complete worn. I followed up 4 times in the week to make sure that it would be delivered today. Every time, you consultants confirmed it would be delivered latest today. After nothing was updated on my online order, I phoned again today to find out if it will be delivered and I was told no it will not, maybe sometime this week. We are flying out tomorrow. I ordered it early to assure that I will get it in time, but not even that is good enough. I find your service of a really low standard. I will not ever support you again and will advise those around me to do the same.
