HORRIBLE RUDE DELIVERY GUY

I ordered shoes via the Zando website, the entire online process was excellent, I was kept up to date regarding my order and when it was going to be delivered. Then the delivery guy comes this morning and hands me my package then tells me to \sign". I then ask him if I need to write down my name he looks at me and laughs as if I am asking a stupid question. I tell him that I want to make sure since all he said to me was to sign"
