HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ZANDO Online shopping

Horrible experience!!!! I have request for the Zando to come collect the shoes, this took 2 weeks before anyone was sent to collect the shoes, this is after I have several phone calls and e-mail, which they only responded to after the shoes have been collect explaining that they are under pressure, how can they help me, during these conversations they lady I spoke to explained that she is in Cape town and she has done her part and there is nothing she can do about it, did not offer to follow up and have the matter sorted, instead she went on explaining Zando processes but failed to mention that 72 hour they promised to deliver within, I am now waiting for them to refund me a week later after they have collected the shoes, this whole process is close to 3 weeks just to return and refund, I will never use these people again and I suggest the same all ladies that purchase anything from as this was a horrible experience for me
