Horrible experience with ZANDO

I recently bought items from Zando for the very first time. My items was suppose to be delivered the next day, but the courier called that his car is stuck and cannot deliver. He was suppose to deliver the following day but never pitched up. The happened for a couple of days, and eventually, the delivery guy just decided to cancel my order.

This was cancelled without my consent or knowledge and now I have to wait 14 days for a refund.

What a horrible experience and terrible delivery from Zando. I have never experienced such a horrible online shopping experience. DO NOT USE ZANDO, their delivery team will just not pitch up and you will never get your order. But they will happily take your money.
